Dong Quai is the Chinese name for the herb Chinese Angelica.  While available as a constituent ingredient of other PMS treatments, it is available here as a single product.  Highly effective in relieving PMS by helping regulate the imbalance of hormones which leads to unpleasant PMS symptoms.
